peaksaver ® - How do I sign up?

Call Norfolk Power’s peaksaver® hotline at (519) 426-4440 with the required information (see FAQ#2) or sign up below to book an appointment for a service technician to install a programmable thermostat FREE (over a $250 value) or load control switch for your air conditioner. Then feel good knowing you’ve done something good for the electricity system and the environment. It’s that simple.

Sign up to receive a $25.00 credit on your bill after the device has been installed.

If you are a TENANT, you require written permission that must state the landlord is aware of your participation in the peaksaver® program, has read and agrees with the terms and conditions, and includes the landlord's signature and contact information.

Note: You must have a Central Air Conditioner to participate in peaksaver® program. Your Central Air Conditioner must be in good working order.
